BOFF Training is a umbrella term for training programs, seminar series and workshops developed by Yoel for training business leaders. Its focus is to develop and sustain quality business leadership for enterprises. BOFF stands for Build On the Firm Foundation.
Management and leadership skills cannot be implemented unless understood by the people involved in the process.
The programs can be divided into training business owners, managers and employees.
